Shipping costs are fixed at 5 euros and 7 euros in areas considered inaccessible by ACS COURIER. 

Pick up from the store

You can pick up your order from our store (Eleftheroudakis Bookstore, 1821 Street number 10) at no extra cost. Payment for the order can be made either by cash or by credit card. The customer will be notified electronically (via email) and/or by phone at the contact number he has registered, by the order processing department in order to come to pick up the order. Pickup time from store varies from 1 to 2 business days.

General terms of shipment

  • In case you don't select it as a payment method cash on delivery, your order will be shipped once the payment is authorised, confirm the shipping address and the item is in the warehouse. If an item you have ordered is temporarily in stock you will be notified via e-mail, sms or telephone.
  • You will not be charged for any item until to carry out the mission. In the case of an order by way of payment of the deposit to the bank account of giftsetiquette.gr we will begin your order just send us the bank receipt via e-mail at orders@giftsetiquette.gr.
  • All deliveries need to be confirmed, real addresses for this because before you can send some goods to a recipient which has not been paid by way of deposit in a bank account, a representative of the giftsetiquette.gr it will communicate over the phone with you. We do not ship to po boxes. For security reasons, all shipments require an authorised signature. If you are unable to sign for your package, please make sure that an adult authorized to sign for the package, you will be present within the stated delivery address.
  • Shipping outside of Greece is not possible.

Important!

If your order is to be delivered in an office building, apartment complex or similar premises, or in public services such as hospitals, hotels, schools, etc., carriers may accept the signature of employees, and a similar management personnel during the delivery. Upon signature or acceptance of such staff, we consider that has fulfilled the whole of the obligation of delivery of your order. This requires prior contact with the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items that have been delivered in accordance with these delivery terms.
